angelOS Terms of Service

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and angelOS

Version 1.0 · Concept · August 2026

Who we are

angelOS is a product of ITARR B.V., based in the Netherlands. By creating an account at angelos.app or through the parent dashboard, you agree to these terms.

Free trial

A new account starts with a free 14-day trial. No payment details are required to start. After the trial, we'll ask you to choose a subscription to keep using angelOS; without one, access is paused, never automatically billed.

With a valid promo code, the trial may run longer than 14 days; the exact length is shown in your registration confirmation.

Subscription and pricing

angelOS is available on a monthly or yearly subscription, at the prices shown on angelos.app at the time you subscribe. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for; we'll notify you in advance of any change.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the parent dashboard. Cancelling stops automatic renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We charge no cancellation fee, and there's no minimum commitment.

On request, we delete your family's data in line with our privacy policy.

angelOS is under active development (beta disclaimer)

angelOS is being actively developed. Apps, features, and Angel's AI responses may change, improve, or occasionally behave differently than expected. We work hard for a stable, safe service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of a lasting or serious outage, we'll actively let you know.

Parental responsibility

As a parent, you register and manage your child's account, configure the settings, and oversee activity through the parent dashboard. angelOS is a tool that supports a safe digital environment, not a replacement for parental supervision.

Governing law

These terms, and any agreement with angelOS, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. We'll try to resolve disputes by mutual agreement first; failing that, the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction.
